🇬🇧 Conditions Inspire Trips
1 | Main booker/applicant
When you book with several people at the same time, the e-mail address of the main booker/applicant will serve as the correspondence address. He/She also receives the booking confirmation/invoice and the travel documents. The main booker/applicant is liable for the obligations of the persons registered by him, also in the event of cancellation and payment.
2 | Cancellation policy
The booker is responsible for purchasing cancellation insurance.
Cancellation fee per person
- up to 180 days before departure: €40
- from 179 to 45 days before departure: €100
- from 44 to 30 days before departure: 25%
- from 29 to 8 days before departure: 50%
- from 7 days until departure: 90%
of the total travel sum of the accommodation package including tennis training.
3 | Offer without transport
For the offer that is offered without transport, the traveler is responsible for arranging transport to the location of stay. If the traveler does not arrive at the location on time or at all, this is at their own risk, and therefore no refund will be made.
4 | Extend
Would you like to extend your stay at the hotel? Please indicate this immediately when booking, so that we can get this started. We will then request the options for you.
5 | Stay
All our packages are based on a stay in a double room. It is often possible to book a triple room on request, in most cases this is a double room with an extra bed. If you are going on a tennis trip alone, you can choose to stay in a single room. There is almost always a surcharge for a stay in a single room. Please note that the number of single rooms is sometimes limited.
6 | Price reduction 'travel without tennis'
The prices we mention are all-in prices unless stated otherwise, ie including the tennis program of Inspire (without transport and dinner). If you or a travel companion want to participate without a tennis program, you will receive a lower price. Inform our employees about the conditions and amount of the discount. This can be useful if you as a parent come along!
7 | Right of withdrawal
The traveler has the right to revoke the travel agreement free of charge within 24 hours after the conclusion of the travel agreement, unless this right is excluded in the offer by using the term 'final booking'. In this context, traveler is exclusively understood to mean the main booker/applicant. The traveler has no right of withdrawal if the travel agreement is concluded within 8 weeks before departure.
The traveler can request the tour operator to be replaced by another. The following conditions apply for this:
- the other complies with all conditions attached to the agreement; and
- the request is submitted no later than 7 calendar days before departure, or so in time that the necessary actions and formalities can still be performed; and
- the conditions of the service providers involved in the implementation do not oppose this substitution.
If the request cannot be granted, the tour operator will inform the traveler of this, stating reasons.
The applicant, the traveler and the person who replaces him/her are jointly and severally liable towards the tour operator for payment of the part of the travel sum still owed, the amendment costs and any additional costs as a result of the replacement.
9 | Obligations of the traveler
9.1 The traveler is obliged to comply with all instructions given by or on behalf of the tour operator and is liable for damage caused by his behaviour. To judge this according to the measure of the behavior of a correct traveler.
9.2 A traveler who causes or may cause such nuisance or nuisance that a proper execution of the trip is or may be made more difficult may be excluded from (continuation of) the trip by the tour operator, if the tour operator reasonably cannot be expected to fulfill the agreement. The resulting costs will be borne by the traveler.
9.3 The traveler is obliged to avoid any damage and to limit it as much as possible.
9.4 Every traveler must verify the exact time of departure no later than 24 hours before the indicated time of departure for the return journey.
10 | Liability travel organizer
10.1 The liability for damage suffered by the traveler is limited to three times the travel sum, unless the tour operator provides the service itself and/or if there is intent or willful recklessness on the part of the tour operator. The tour operator cannot exclude or limit its liability for damage caused by death or injury to the traveler.
10.2 A shortcoming in the fulfillment of an obligation that can be attributed to him, also obliges the travel organizer to compensation for loss other than financial loss, insofar as the shortcoming has caused loss of travel enjoyment. This compensation amounts to a maximum of once the travel sum.
10.3 If a treaty or a Regulation of the EU applies to a service included in the travel agreement, the tour operator can invoke an exclusion or limitation of liability that that treaty or Regulation assigns to a service provider as such or allows.
10.4 The travel organizer is also not liable if and insofar as the traveler has been able to recover his damage under an insurance policy taken out by him, such as a travel and/or cancellation insurance.
11 | Complaints
Obviously we do everything we can to make the trip as pleasant as possible. However, it can occasionally happen that we do not succeed in doing so due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have any complaints, you must immediately report them on site to the tennis teacher or at the reception of the accommodation.
